Method for the pork belly burnt ends: Pre-heat your air fryer to 200 degrees. In a mixing bowl add your tomato sauce, chilli and ginger caramel, paprika and pepper. Now mix your pork belly with your sauce. Remove the pork from the sauce and place evenly in the pre-heated air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes and baste with more sauce, cook for another 5 minutes or until nicely caramelized.

How to serve: Serve with flash pickled cucumbers and extra chilli and ginger caramel on the side.
