Bbq chicken wings with bbq dipping sauce

Our easy recipe for BBQ wings. It’s always a hit and quick to prepare.

 

Preparation time: 2 hours
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serving: 4 people

 

Ingredients for the BBQwings:
20 chicken wings
2 clove garlic, grated
2 cm piece ginger grated
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon chilli flakes
1 bottle The Ultimate Basting Sauce

Method for the chicken wings:
Cut all the wings on the joints and discard the tips (can freezer for stock). Place the mini winglets in a mixing bowl and add the garlic, ginger, chilli and soya sauce to the wings. Mix well, close and refrigerated for at least 2 hours. Remove from the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking. Grill on medium heat for 6-7 minutes on a side. Now baste with the Ultimate Basting Sauce and grill for another 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and toss with extra basting sauce before serving.

 

How to serve:
Serve with fresh lemon and extra basting on the side.

 

Chefs note:
Wings can be precooked a day before and just finished on the grill with basting sauce.
